At GPI Supplies, we stand by the quality of our electronic components and offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging. Please ensure all technical seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
Awaiting Authorization
Our technical team will review your request within 48 hours to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the electronics using anti-static materials if applicable, clearly mark the RMA number on the outside, and ship it to our processing center.
Inspection and Refund
Once received, we will inspect the hardware for functionality and condition, then issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
